Shareholders

The principal owners of the NCAB Group are R12 Capital and Christian Salamon with a total holding of 75%. The remaining shares are owned by management and key employees of the NCAB Group. R12 Capital invests in a group of companies with a total turnover of approximately 2 billion SEK.
