We are looking for an experienced person to strengthen the NCAB Group Operations team as an Operational Support. You will be based in the NCAB Group France office, yet undertaking international travel as necessary and reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer. Some of your main responsibilties will be:
Work with NCAB Group factory management team and associated factories to coordinate and deliver continuous improvement projects based upon measureable goals and activities.
Monitoring and reporting of progress for improvement projects through data analysis and on site review meetings.
Support on factory or project development plans as initiated by the Group Function.
Play a key role in activities specifically aimed towards developing/strengthening the European supply chain model.
Supporting business reviews with key factories in China and Europe.

NCAB Group USA are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with a background in either PCB or distribution sales channels to join our rapidly expanding organization.You will be responsible for the development of customer accounts with particular emphasis on the discovery and qualification of new opportunities. The profile of these accounts ranges from existing customers to new customers and the generation and qualification of new prospects and inquiries.
