A Customer Support with focus on strong relationships

Roberta Reis is working at the Northwest Division at NCAB Group USA. She is a Customer Support and has been working at NCAB since 2016.

What did you do before your current job?

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in several industries, such as Auto Parts Manufacturing, Logistics, International Trade, Apparel Industry and Digital Media.

What persuaded you to start working at NCAB?

The NCAB Group values – Quality First, Strong Relationships and Full Responsibility really appealed to me, and also the fact that it is a global company.

How can you describe the culture within the NCAB Group, and the contact with your colleagues?

The whole team shares the company values and one is always willing to help the other, although we are spread all over the world.

Sustainability is an important part of NCAB´s business – in what way does the sustainability work affect your daily work?

It gives me a great sense of pride knowing that my company works constantly in sustainability. It becomes more and more important for our customers as well.

How would you say that your work makes a difference for the NCAB customers?

The fact that I share the company values, does give the customers reassurance that we will always provide them peace of mind through our integrated production.
