Powered by People is created by Netsurvey, aimed at honoring and celebrating companies who are successful in terms of working with employee relations, companies that challenge themselves and are good at creating sustainable change in their organizations. The award is based on results from employee surveys and employees’ true attitudes, rather than subjective judgments.
All companies that conducted an employee survey with Netsurvey during 2016 had the possibility to be nominated. The winners are the companies that have had the best weighting in the leadership index, engagement index and the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
