A clear process for the customer audits
To make the best out of the review we have a structured process for how to perform the customer audits, so they add value for everyone involved. As an example, we recently had an onsite customer audit at one of our factories in Thailand focused on advanced technologies. Ahead of the visit, our Quality and Engineering teams completed a detailed technical capability assessment tailored to the customer’s requirements to ensure that their time onsite was both productive and efficient.
We also regularly host audits at our European and North American facilities, ensuring customers see the same high standards applied across all regions. This global consistency is key to building confidence in our processes.

NCAB Group’s Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001, the global standard for quality management. By being certificated we assure that our processes follow risk-based thinking, maintain documented consistency, and drive continuous improvement. During audits, customers can observe how these principles are applied in practice, from order entry and engineering review to factory selection, process control, and delivery performance.
Every audit gives us a chance to show:
