软板有哪些可用的结构?
有多种不同的软板结构可供选择,以下是最常见的几种:
单面软板(IPC-6013 1型):覆盖膜(聚酰亚胺+胶粘剂)粘合到无粘接剂的单面FPC芯板,使用或不适用补强。
双面软板(IPC-6013 2型):覆盖膜粘合到无粘接剂、有镀通孔的双面FPC芯板的两面(两个导电层),使用或不使用补强。
多层软板(IPC-6013 3型):覆盖膜粘合到无粘接剂、包含三个或多个有镀通孔的FPCB导电层,使用或不使用补强。最高支持4L软板。
