软板/挠性板（Flex PCB）

很多行业对软板的需求都在增加，尤其是在医疗、国防和工业控制市场。这些市场的订单量通常较小，NCAB通常会提供一些制程能力匹配、并且接受多品种小批量订单的工厂，供客户选择。

有多种不同的软板结构可供选择，以下是最常见的几种：

单面软板（IPC-6013 1型）：覆盖膜（聚酰亚胺+胶粘剂）粘合到无粘接剂的单面FPC芯板，使用或不适用补强。

双面软板（IPC-6013 2型）：覆盖膜粘合到无粘接剂、有镀通孔的双面FPC芯板的两面（两个导电层），使用或不使用补强。

多层软板（IPC-6013 3型）：覆盖膜粘合到无粘接剂、包含三个或多个有镀通孔的FPCB导电层，使用或不使用补强。最高支持4L软板。
