We believe that business is done between humans, not companies nor divisions or functions. Therefore we think it is important to actually know and have strong relationships with the individuals we work and interact with; customers, colleagues or factory staff members. And there is no more efficient way to build relationships than talk to each other or meet face to face. We are convinced that a transparent and honest approach builds a strong relationship, which in turn builds honesty, loyalty and trust. You want to do business with someone you know. We look upon ourselves in the same way; the companies within NCAB Group are one big family where the strong relationships between us all is vital. Our organization is flat and our culture is open-minded, active and down-to-earth. Having a laugh together despite all the hard work we do is essential!

We know that delivery on time with zero defects is what our customers value most of all. For instance, when the questions balance between quality or price, quality always wins. We are also convinced that quality is created in every move we make; by all the thousands of everyday actions we all do. And what we do most of all on a daily basis is to constantly communicate: with each other, our customers and factories. The quality level of our communication process itself is actually a major part of how our delivery is perceived: how, when and in what way we get our messages across. We firmly believe in the hands-on approach of “do it right now” and sharing knowledge and supporting each other to think twice and do things right the first time. We are also continuously working on improving our performance, with the help of clear and defined goals and following-up all our actions and decisions. All the hard work we do adds up to the level of quality we finally deliver. No more, no less.
Full responsibility. Easy to say. Harder to deliver
We know that the PCB is a critical key component for our customers. And we know for sure that anything can happen during that complex production process. And it often does. The big difference we can make is to keep our promises and try as hard as we can to understand the problem and find a solution. Therefore we never let our customers wait in uncertainty. We act here and now. In our world, taking full responsibility means a lot of things. It means that we stand up and face the problem even if it may hurt. It also means that we do not transfer blame on the factory, our colleague or the customer. Our mindset is that we own the problem and don’t leave until our desks are empty. After all, that is what our costumers pay us to do.
