Measurable goals

  • Employee engagement, leadership, and team efficiency.
  • Scope 1 & 2 – Net-zero by 2030
  • Scope 1 – All new company cars to be zero emission from 2025.
  • Scope 2 – 50% of all offices and internal warehouses to use renewable energy by 2025, and 100% by 2030.
  • Scope 1-3 – reduce emissions by half by 2030, and net-zero by 2050 (intensity target tCO2e/SEK million sales)

Actions and achievements 2025:

  • Conducted Employee Engagement Survey, where the following indexes are measured: Employee Engagement, Leadership, Team Efficiency, Organizational and social working environment, Psychological safety, and eNPS.
  • Thanks to our high employee engagement and scores we had the honor to be awarded second place 2026 in Brilliant Awards Employee Experience –  Employer of the year in the construction, manufacturing and industrial sector.
  • NCAB received an EcoVadis Silver rating for our sustainability work. We scored overall 73 out of 100 which places us amongst the top 4 percent in the Manufacture of electronic components and boards industry and top 7 percent of all companies globally that have been rated by EcoVadis over the previous 12 months.
  • Continued investing in employee skills development, specifically leadership, sales, technology and onboarding of new employees. 20 NCAB leaders from around the world participated in our NCAB Exploring Leadership program.
  • Our employees around the world contributed to society with their Give Back Day.
  • In 2025, 47% (34%) of NCAB premises run on 100% renewable energy or have “green energy” contracts, which covers 56% (51%) of our total electricity consumption.
  • Increased number of electrical company cars.
  • Emissions intensity (tCO2e/SEK million sales) decreased slightly compared to previous year. Our Scope 3 stands for 99.4% of our emissions, where the majority arise from PCB manufacturing and transportation of PCBs.
