NCAB acquires Bare Board Group in the US
NCAB has today signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in the US-based company Bare Board Group (“BBG”) located in Largo, Florida, with offices in Canada and Taiwan.

NCAB appoints Peter Kruk as new CEO
The Board of NCAB Group has today appointed Peter Kruk as new CEO. Peter Kruk will assume his new role at the latest in the beginning of October 2020. Hans Ståhl will remain as a Board member and will continue to be a large owner in NCAB.
NCAB Group acquires Flatfield in The Netherlands
NCAB Group has on the 12 of March 2020 signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Flatfield Multiprint International B.V. Based in Tiel, Netherlands.

“It was a good quarter for NCAB despite raised tariffs. There was a somewhat weaker growth in the quarter in both sales and order intake, however earnings remained strong - up 17 per cent year-on-year”, said NCAB’s CEO Hans Ståhl.
