The growth of NCAB Group compared with 2010 was 14%. This substantial purchasing power is essential to be able to deliver the best products to our customers. NCAB Group has an aggressive European growth strategy by establishing companies on important markets. The newest company established 2011 is NCAB Group France in Paris consisting of 5 specialists to date.
During 2011 we did not only make records in financial numbers, we also had the most successful year when it comes to Quality KPI. We proudly present our NCAB Group Specification that ensures quality that pays for itself in the long run. The proof of hard quality work was the Zero PPM award received from our biggest customer, Stoneridge Electronics.
Reading information about the financial situation could be of somehow worrying. The downturn in 2011 will of course affect the first half year 2012. But we strongly believe in a stronger end of 2012. We are looking at entering new markets to be close to our customers and where we can see an opportunity for the NCAB way of working.
Our targets for 2012 is further growth and continue to improve Quality and Delivery precision mainly by having own quality engineers at the factories. During Q1 we are introducing our laboratory service in China for proactive quality assurance.
2012 is also an important year when it comes to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and environmental issues. CSR is extremely important in the development of our factories; focus is mainly on human and labour rights and employment of children. In our environmental work, we focus on production and transport, the functions which have the biggest impact on the environment.
