As a leading global PCB supplier, we are dedicated to improving our services to better meet your needs now and in the future. To that end, we are implementing a new business platform to enhance your experience and enable our continued growth.

The go-live date for implementing this platform in the US is planned for June 2025. During the transition period, June 2-9, we will be unable to process any quotes, orders, or shipments. During this time, we will focus on migrating all data to the new system and attend intensive training sessions to ensure a smooth transition.

How This Affects You:

  • The new platform will feature a more user-friendly interface.
  • Your order status will be more readily available.
  • To avoid potential disruptions during the transition period, we recommend placing orders by April 7 if possible.
  • To ensure minimum disruption in our service to you, we will proactively ship-in-advance, any orders scheduled during the migration and installation period.
  • Please advise your Finance team that payments for those advance-shipments can, of course, be deferred to your originally planned dates.
  • Please share this information with all colleagues who may be affected by these temporary changes during to the transition period.

After the transition period, our customer service team will prioritize processing all requests submitted during that time. We appreciate your patience while we work diligently to address your needs promptly and efficiently.
