Innovation and growth - what's in it for the customer?

Anthony Robbins says “If you don’t grow, you die”. Is that really true? I do believe that stagnation is the first step to a slow death for any business. For NCAB growth is a natural state of mind all the way from the board of directors to all the employees in the group.

We are all aware that if we don’t innovate and grow, our competitors will easily catch up and eventually pass us. The key success factors to growth are to keep focus on the targets, continuous improvement, innovation and value based leadership. If we don’t have these factors the success will be limited. Innovation is the key word for a successful growth for NCAB Group. Innovation is what distinguishes a leader from a follower. At NCAB, innovation is not coming from the management, it’s always a process where everyone is contributing and coming up with new ideas. Growth is never by mere chance, it’s the result of forces working together and realizing the best ideas. Since the past does not equal the future we always need to have the most innovative solutions, products and service to be able to satisfy our customer today as well as in the future.

In practice, how does the growth of NCAB benefit our customers?

  1. Better purchasing power is probably the most obvious advantage that our customer will benefit from. The more we purchase the better conditions we’ll get from our factories and logistic partners.
  2. We have the power to control our factories production processes and also implement our terms and conditions regarding quality, deliveries, FAQ. This is an effect of us getting access to the top management in our factories. We also attract the best factories in Asia. They are today approaching us compared to 10 years ago when we were asking them to sell to us.
  3. We can attract the best people which give a motivated service team, highly skilled technical support and dedicated management.
