The survey and action platform Brilliant Future now announces the employers who have the most committed employees in their industry. Brilliant Awards – Employee Experience is based on data from approximately 290 000 employee surveys. Now the winner is announced – NCAB Group.
NCAB Group is the top organization in the Construction, Manufacturing and Industrials sector that now can call themselves Employer of the Year in Brilliant Awards – Employee Experience.

The data has been collected since 1 January 2021 and the results are based on approximately 290 000 employee surveys.
