NCAB Group Interim report January-March was published today.

The company had net sales of around 150 MSEK in 2024 within the PCB trading with an EBITA exceeding SEK 20 million.

NCAB Group today published their Year-end Report for 2024.

EcoVadis is an independent sustainability rating service, that assesses a company’s sustainability management through its policies, actions and results.

NCAB Group today released their Interim report for January-September 2024.

The acquisition of DVS in Italy was signed and published on July 22. The financial structure has been finalized and NCAB will close the deal as from today, the 10th of October.

Print Production AS was originally a factory producing PCBs, but since 2023 it is a pure PCB trading company sourcing mainly from China.

This year the Chinese National week will take place October 1st – October 7th. As this is a national holiday it affects all production in China and Taiwan.

DVS was founded in 2003 and has its headquarter in Bassano del Grappa, Italy, as well as offices in Switzerland, Hong Kong and China. The annual turnover of the PCB division in 2023 amounted to SEK 230 million with 31 employees.

NCAB acquires the former PCB division of EPI Components Trade in Lieserbrücke, Austria.

NCAB Group has today aquired Icom Industrial Components AG in Switzerland.

NCAB Group has today signed an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Electronic Advanced Circuits S.L. based in Madrid, Spain.

The Chinese National Day /Golden week will take place September 29th – October 6th. As this is a national holiday it affects all production in China and Taiwan.

NCAB has appointed Peter Jensen, MD for NCAB Denmark, to be the new VP for the region Nordic, as Rikard Wallin has assumed the responsibility as Sales Director Aerospace and Defense earlier in 2023.

NCAB Group has today acquired Phase 3 Technologies, based in San Jose, California, USA located in the Silicon Valley region.

NCAB Group has today acquired the German db electronic, based in Waldshut-Tiengen in southern Germany, the db electronic AG in Switzerland and the db electronic SAS in France.

NCAB Group Sweden welcomes Martin Danielsson as new Managing Director.

Customer demand remained favourable during the quarter. The number of contracts for new articles won and new customers secured during the quarter were at very good levels.

We remain confident about the future. We have a strong financial position, an excellent result and good cash flow. Most of our customers are positive about their order situation and future growth opportunities. We have a good mix of countries, regions and industries and generally speaking, low market shares.

During the December and January time period, we have seen across our factories an infection rate of 75% to 95%. The vast majority of employees have recovered and we are now seeing attendance levels of 95% on average, noting that in some instances we see lower and in others we have full staffing levels.

We are seeing China change its policies relating to how they handle COVID. This change is leading to a rapid increase in infection rates and we are seeing in China, now, changes in rates that the rest of the world experienced during 2020.

Bare Board Consultants provides customers with PCB-solutions in the HMLV (High-Mix-Low-Volume) segment, mainly in the industrial and medical sectors.

Today NCAB Group presented our Interim report for January – September.

NCAB has today acquired 100 percent of the shares in the Norwegian company Elmatica AS.

Commodity prices generally stabilized in Q3, albeit at a high level. PCB raw material prices remained high, with increases observed post summer. Recent price pressure mainly reflects supply-demand mismatches resulting from post pandemic growth coupled with remaining material availability issues.

The current electricity shortages are affecting manufacturers across virtually all mainland China, with up to 44% of China’s industrial activity affected with many factories introducing mandatory worker vacations to counter the stops in production.

The public Chinese New Year holiday 2022 is January 31st through to February 6th. As this is a national holiday it affects all production in China and Taiwan. We have made a list of a number of proactive measures to think about.

NCAB has today signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in the US-based company Bare Board Group (“BBG”) located in Largo, Florida, with offices in Canada and Taiwan.
